Any cancellation by the rental client must be in writing and emailed to Fiona at fiona@buckhornretreat.ca. There will be absolutely no exceptions or flexibility to the following cancellation policy:
– 100% refund, less $50 if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in
– 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in
